Rob Ward was, for several years, a test engineer for the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA) based firstly in Bristol, UK and then in Detroit, USA.  This, combined with running the homologation department at Millbrook Proving Ground has developed wide ranging and detailed experience of the homologation process from both the applicant and approval authority's point of view.

Recent work, on behalf of VCA on the application of the new Re-cast Framework Directive enables Lundazi to offer homologation support to those new to the world of type-approval.

Over the next few months and years European type-approval (or revised national approval schemes based on EU standards) will be mandated for all vehicles including those built by multi-stage.  Lundazi can either develop internal manufacturer systems to be run by existing staff, or can act as a manufacturer's homologation department.
